Bio

Dr. Tinari was born in Bronx, New York. He was raised along with a brother and a sister by his father, a local milkman, and his mother, a housewife. Kindness, compassion, and altruism ran deep in his family. As his brother went on to become a Supreme Court Judge and his sister off into teaching and administration, Frederick went on to pursue his never-ending journey of how to heal the people around him. Even during chiropractic school, he felt as if there were pieces missing. He plunged into his own self-education with vigor in an attempt to understand the human body as a whole, which is a very different approach than medical education provided both then and now. During his exploits of human understanding, young Dr. Tinari came across a diagnostic tool and healing adjunct called Applied Kinesiology (AK). Kinesiology, also known as biomechanics, is the study of body movement. Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a method of diagnosis and treatment based on the correlation of various muscles and the organs and glands in the body. Specific muscle weakness (and also pain in certain areas of the body) are correlated to various internal issues, chemical imbalances, organ, and glandular weaknesses, nutritional deficiencies, etc. He learned directly from the founder of AK, Dr. George J. Goodheart, Jr., and went on to become the president of the Applied Kinesiology Club at the National College of Chiropractic. He now attends the annual ICAK meeting to keep abreast of new information and promote this technique in helping to treat patients. Continuing Education never ends for Dr. Tinari as he travels bi-monthly to continue to expand his knowledge and help each and every patient.
